The Enemy Is a Master at Playing Mind Games

Did you know that the enemy is very clever at using your ego to edge God out of your life?

 The truth is, the enemy will convince you that right is wrong and wrong is right. He is the master of playing mind games that cause confusion in people’s lives. He will make you think that what is wrong is not really wrong. The enemy puts forth ideas in your mind that will make you think that these transgressions are okay. He wants you to end up saying, “Other people think it’s fine” or “It’s really not that bad”. He wants you to rationalize by worldly standards and use your ego to overthrow the teachings of God. 

When confusion sets in, the enemy gets to work. He feeds you with wrong information and lures you with false rewards. But when you are wearing the armor of God, the darts of the enemy will have no success. You will not get poisoned by his attacks!  

Psalm 59:1-2 says, “Deliver me from mine enemies, O my God: defend me from them that rise up against me. Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men.” You and I can always call on God to deliver us from the confusion that the enemy brings. The enemy will trick your ego into thinking and doing what is opposite to God’s will. Your ego may tell you otherwise, but only in God can we have true righteousness.

Decree and declare right now, “The darts of the enemy will have no success against me!”

If the enemy is clever, you will be made more clever. 

If the enemy is whispering, you will turn away your ears. 

If the enemy is throwing confusion, you will block it off with the shield of God. 

What has been holding you down and keeping you from seeing the truth of God for your life is being exposed. The enemy would use confusion to paralyze you or move you into doing the wrong things. Don’t allow the enemy to give you a false narrative of what you should do in your situation. Stop operating with your ego and start moving with God.
