Seeking Answers
In our quest to find truth, sometimes, we forget an important part of it – the search. We have a lot of questions that we want to ask. The question is, “Are we looking for the answers in the right places?”
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. (Matthew 7: 7-8)
Since time immemorial, we have come across various life questions. Who are we? Where did we come from? What is our purpose? The Bible helps us understand these most basic questions that seek to define our identity. They give us a refresher of who we really are and what we really came on earth to do.
The next time you have these questions about existence, take a piece of paper and write it all down. It is an inspiration to write. It is better to write than to remember, because humans tend to forget.
The answers that we seek will be answered best by those on high, through divine intervention or inspiration. The Lord knows what is best for us and will let us know what we need in order for us to keep just the right amount of faith and know enough to reassure us to keep going on.
