Mankind Needs Prophecies
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; but fools despise wisdom and instruction.- Proverbs 1:7”
Revelations have been a part of the history of mankind. Having fallen and forgotten their divine estate, mankind has always had the constant need to be connected to the Almighty.
That’s where prophets come in. They serve as the bridge between heaven and earth. They have the privilege of speaking to the Lord and receiving specific sets of instructions on how to lead our brothers and sisters of today.
We all receive messages from our Father in Heaven. But how do we know it’s the answer that He has given and not just what we want? One thing we can do is to pray about it. God can give us a literal feeling of peace if we are going on the right path. We have to talk to Him specifically about what is happening in our lives. Like the Heavenly parent that He is, He would love to hear how His child is doing and give us the perfect advice.
We are all in need of this spiritual guidance. All things are spiritual to the Lord, even the physical things He asks of us lead to a greater purpose. The problems that we have encountered before is like a training ground for the roles we have to fill as His Spiritual Leaders of today.
